About
About This Black Ops Market Dossier: Who Writes It
This site is an independent open-source dossier about the black ops darknet market, run under the standing rules in the methodology.
Who
The byline is "the Dossier desk" — a pseudonymous editorial identity, deliberately. The researchers and journalists who document criminal marketplaces accumulate attention they did not ask for; the ecosystem this desk covers has a documented history of doxxing, swatting and vendor-blackmail (the Incognito case file records administrators threatening to publish identifying data). Pseudonymity here is operational security, not mystery: every claim on this site carries a named, dated, public source, which is a stronger identity than any real name would be.
What this desk does
- Collects everything the named public sources say about this market — research bulletins, threat-intel reports, dated video research, court and agency records.
- Grades every circulating claim against that record and publishes the grades with their evidence, as ClaimReview-marked fact-checks.
- Documents the fake-link and portal economy around the market's name, without ever reproducing its product.
- Tracks standing watch items — the next NDARC bulletin, UNODC 2027, any enforcement action — on the news hub.
What this desk does not do
- No reviews from invented experience, no testimonials, no star ratings of a marketplace. The reviews section audits claims instead and says so in its title.
- No affiliate relationships, no referral income, no paid placements, no advertising. The site costs what static hosting costs and carries nothing that could be bought.
- No market access. The desk has no accounts anywhere and fabricates nothing that would require one.
Funding and independence
Unfunded and unaffiliated — no threat-intel vendor, no market, no portal, no advocacy organisation. The desk has no position on drug policy beyond what the sources say; the drug-checking file states its conflict-of-interest analysis because the analysis is the journalism, not because the desk has a side.
Corrections and tips
Corrections are welcome and are applied when they carry a citable public source: a dated document, a named research bulletin, a government release, an archived page with a visible timestamp. Grading disputes get a written response and, if the desk is wrong, a dated correction note on the affected page and a re-ping of the sitemap. What this desk does not accept: addresses of any kind, credentials, screenshots requiring market access to interpret, or "insider" material that cannot be independently dated.
Contact: publish a correction request to the desk via the contact channel listed in this site's WHOIS-privacy forwarding, or reach it through the maintained Torzon notebook's contact path at torzonmarketplace.com, referencing "BO dossier". Both routes land on the same desk.
Licensing
Text published under CC BY-SA 4.0 with attribution to this site; the grading scale and methodology may be reused freely by other researchers, which is the point of publishing them. Specimen captures of audited properties are retained privately and shared with journalists, academics and threat-intel teams on request, with addresses redacted at capture.
