Methodology

Our Methodology: How the Black Ops Dossier Is Built

Every verdict, number and quote on this site passes through the same four gates: a named source, a date, a quoted string, and a grade. This page states the rules so any reader can re-run them — and so any error is locatable.

The grading scale

Independence is judged by provenance, not by wording: two pages repeating the same unsourced sentence are one source. Portal copy never corroborates portal copy.

The hard rules

  1. No addresses. No onion URL, mirror, clearnet clone link, invite code, registration path, deposit instruction or wallet guidance — in any page, update, correction or appendix. This rule has no exception clause.
  2. No fabricated experience. No invented reviews, testimonials, ratings, order histories or "vendor says" quotes. The reviews section is an audit of circulating claims and is labelled as such on every page.
  3. No number without a name and a date. Every figure carries its source and observation date; displayed badges are labelled as claims, scrapes as measurements.
  4. Quoted verbatim or paraphrased clearly. ClaimReview markup exposes the exact string under review; the string appears verbatim on the page. A build check fails the site if the two drift apart.
  5. Audited properties are named in text, never linked. Linking a portal would transfer this page's authority to a lure; naming it keeps the audit checkable.
  6. Contradictions are published, not resolved silently. Where sources conflict and the record cannot settle it, both versions stay on the page with their dates.

Known limits

This desk has no market access, no Dread account and no on-chain clustering tooling. Consequences, stated plainly: user counts and revenue can never be graded above unsupported from here; single-sourced items (the October 2024 Dread debut, the variable fee, the fentanyl ban) stay disputed indefinitely unless a second source appears; and everything observed only inside the market — program throughput, dispute outcomes, actual fee schedules — is out of scope and stays out. A dossier that admits its blind spots is still more useful than a portal that invents their contents.

Updates and corrections

Pages carry dateModified in structured data and the sitemap; material changes are re-pinged to Bing via IndexNow. Corrections require a citable public source — see the about page for what this desk accepts. Grading disputes are welcomed; address submissions are not read.

Editorial relationship note

The same desk maintains the independent Torzon Market field notebook, built to identical rules for a different market. The two sites cross-reference where the measured record connects them (NDARC snapshots, the Abacus succession) and nowhere else.
